REQUIREMENTS FOR AGORA.DESKTOP
Software requirements
The current aGora version (v.4.65.810) requires to its proper working, any of the following OS to be installed in the system:

- Windows Server® 2008 R2
- Windows® Home Server 2011

- Windows Server® 2019
Note: For the Platinum edition it is necessary to have installed Microsoft® SQL Server® 2008 Express or higher.
Hardware requirements
The current aGora version (v.4.65.810) needs, to its proper working, the following hardware:
Minimum
- Intel/AMD 1.5 GHz processor
- 2 GB RAM memory
- 1 GB free in the hard disk
- 1.024 x 768 screen resolution
- Internet connection
Recommended
- Intel/AMD 2.6 GHz processor
- 4 GB RAM memory
- 4 GB free in the hard disk
- 1.280 x 1.024 screen resolution or higher
- Internet connection
REQUIREMENTS FOR AGORA.CLOUD
Software requirements
To run the services provided by aGora.cloud, the free application Microsoft® Remote Desktop or Remote Desktop Connection 7.0 or higher utility is required.
The Microsoft® Remote Desktop application is available for the following operating systems:
- Windows® 8.1 or higher
- Mac OS X® 10.7 or higher, 64-bit processor
- iOS™ 6.0 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
- Android™ 2.2 or higher
The Remote Desktop Connection 7.0 client is available for download from the Microsoft® Download Center for the following operating systems:
- Windows® XP SP3
- Windows Vista® SP1
Remote Desktop Connection 7.0 or higher is already included in the following operating systems:
- Windows® 7
- Windows Server® 2008 R2
- Windows® Home Server 2011
- Windows® 8
- Windows® 8.1
- Windows Server® 2012
