AGORA RELEASE NOTES

We want to thank all our aGora users that contribute the launch of new versions and program compilations with their inestimable suggestions.

Through the release notes you will view some novelties added to the updates and new versions of the program. These novelties expand aGora constantly, providing it of improved stability, new functionalities, solved errors, etc.

  • NEW FEATURE Added possibility to link holidays with classrooms. Those centres with classrooms in different cities will be able to insert local holidays in the way that the program will consider them.
  • NEW FEATURE Added new fields in the invoices. The invoice state, the installment date and the pending import have been added to the invoice. These fields can be also added in the invoice document.
  • NEW FEATURE Added Customer access to the aGora.connect module. The possibility to invite customers to allow them check the economic and educational information has been added (it's essential to have the aGora.connect module acquired).
  • NEW FEATURE Added a customer second ID number in the invoices.
  • NEW FEATURE Added new fields in the student file to indicate if the student must take some medication.
  • FIXING SOURCE Solved bug when trying to show the MailChimp campaigns tasks from the Student's advanced management window.
  • FIXING SOURCE Solved bug that generated an error when accessing the enquiries tasks if the option "Hide inactive parameters" is activated in the Control Pannel. Only in the SQL Server based program editions.
  • FIXING SOURCE Solved inconsistency in the average recalculation in the Results in parts when the aspects to be assessed (parts) value was changed. Now they will be changed correctly in the moment if the result is chosen or when saving changes if the only change is the numeric value.
